This place has been a blessing to my father, who feels right at home. Staff are great, rooms are great and I really recommend their memory care division, which has made my dad feel at home.

Sunrise at Five Forks took excellent care of my mother. They were great about keeping me in the loop on everything from social interactions to more important medical topics. I always felt connected to the staff and Jenny, the Resident Care Coordinator. The facility offers a beautiful environment, lots of activities and a wonderful staff. I highly recommend Sunrise at Five Forks.

My mother is in the memory care here, and we're very pleased with everything about the facility. The staff provides exceptional attention to the residents, & offers engaging activities. The meals are delicious & appetizingly presented. The facility is beautifully decorated & maintained. My mother is happy here & we are confident she is in the best place.
