We have received top of line service at Sunrise for my 85 year old mother on the Assisted Living side of the house. The upper management, caregivers, and facilities personnel have all served us well. We would recommend Sunrise as a very pleasant place to live with very qualified employees who care about doing their best to make residents feel comfortable and safe.

Be very cautious of this location. All smiles and welcomes when recruiting seniors, but move-out is a different story. Did not return calls. Ignored medical reason for move and insisted on 60 day notice when the apartment could be rented immediately. Executive Director always "in a meeting" although seen at social events during move out. Dismissive, unprofessional and showed no empathy at all.

Our family's experience with this memory care facility was deeply disappointing, and we cannot recommend it. We observed repeated neglect of basic hygiene for our loved ones, including occasions where simple care such as brushing their hair was overlooked. These are fundamental aspects of dignified care that families should not have to worry about. The most distressing issue was the facility's handling of a bed bug infestation. Based on what staff members told our family, we came to believe that management had been aware of the problem for an extended period before it was adequately addressed. Regardless of when management became aware, our experience was that communication was inadequate. We did not receive timely updates or clear information about what was happening or how residents were being protected. The situation caused significant emotional distress for our family and, most importantly, for our loved ones. After enduring the ongoing uncertainty and disruption, we ultimately decided to move our family members out at our own expense because we no longer felt confident in the facility's ability to provide a safe and appropriate environment. Throughout our time there, the facility also experienced significant turnover among both caregivers and management. It was often extremely difficult to reach management when concerns arose, making an already stressful situation even more frustrating. Families place enormous trust in a memory care facility to provide compassionate care, maintain a safe living environment, and communicate honestly when problems occur. In our experience, this facility fell far short of those expectations, and we regret choosing it.

I invited my three sons and daughter and their spouses to a Sunday evening dinner just to have a meal together in the evening. The kitchen manager Kia and Chef Chris made it so very special. Not only was it their night off and not due to come in that evening, but they made a super dinner served family style & personally served us. My family raved about the delicious food, the way it was served and the special time that we had that evening. They turned a family meal into a very special event!!!

I have to say that Stormy, Brittni, Amy, and the care team are wonderful to work with and that is obvious how much they love their jobs as well as the families and residents. Feeling so very blessed!!!
