Susan in Social services goes above and beyond in caring for the residents and the family members. She has been so helpful to me listening to my concerns and needs for my mother as my mother came to them very sick and weak and she. Has been every step of the way. A true bless to both me and my mother. Thank you Susan for all you have done and support you given words can’t express how I really feel as it people like you that make the nursing home a pleasant place to be.

Susan(Social Services Supervisor)was the best at communicating to family as well as staff what would speed mom's recovery. Johnathan and all the physical therapy team were wonderful and supportive.
