They recommended my dad be moved to another facility because they did were not able to offer the care he needed. Was promised a refund because he moved out in early October. It is late November and my mom has not received the refund.

My mother has been at Sun Terrace for almost 2 years and is happy there. It is clean and well maintained and the staff is friendly and caring. She has an apt. that opens to the enclosed courtyard that is perfect for her and her little dog. There are fun activities and outings to choose from if desired. Special holiday events are scheduled, and in good weather they have held barbecues in the courtyard for families to enjoy, and a Mother's Day tea in the dining room. Covid has presented challenges that the management and staff have handled as safely as possible.
