Suites at Willow Pond (the)

My Mom has been at Willow Pond for almost a year and my brothers and I could not be happier with her care. When her doctor told us she did not need to live alone any longer we began looking and Willow Pond has been an answer to prayers. Erica, Lisa and the staff made a special effort to make Mom feel at home and safe. It’s hard to express how grateful we are for the peace of mind Willow Pond has given us.

The people help with patients and was nice

Willow pond is one of the most compassionate places I’ve been in a very long time . Ive been to a ton of facilities from Maine to Florida and this one is by far, the best! The staff is amazing and very attentive. The facility is clean and accessible to the handicapped and disabled, which is important when aging. The nursing staff is top tier!!! I really don’t think I would put my family member or loved one any place else ! I was really impressed and would recommend this place to anyone. They may have a waiting list but it is well worth the wait!

My family was treated with rudeness and contempt the entire time. In my opinion, the folks who own this place don't have your family's best interest at heart. There are many other places in this area I would consider before trusting Willow Pond.
