My real estate firm had the privilege of doing some community service work for Sugar Grove this week. I was blown away by the care that the facility has for their residents and the little details they put into place to make sure their residents are comfortable and happy. I specifically got to see one employee, Amy, interact with the several residents and was in awe of how she treated them. She was caring, thoughtful, and nurturing . It honestly seemed like every single one was family to her. It was really great to be able to see an organization provide quality service and not just treat it like a job

My mother in law has been staying here for over 6 months now. The medical staff is caring and you can tell they want residents to feel cared about. The administration staff are friendly and helpful whenever we have questions or need anything. They have events for the residents and families that make people feel special. Food service staff get to know residents and their preferences, which makes a huge impact on my family member’s comfort and happiness. I would recommend this place highly.
