Brighton Gardens of Boca Raton

I have written 3 musical comedies regarding living and getting older in Stratford Court! All three were very complimentary! It is a great place for seniors. Pete, Dawn,Morgan,Josh,Curtis , Marie and the wonderful P.J. all make it so!!

My father was in the rehab wing for 90 days after hip surgery. This place is the absolute worst. Total neglect. I live locally and would visit often. Could not get an answer from anyone. No one cared at all about there job. I could not wait to get him out of there! Do not send your family member there.

Strafford Courts Rehab was horrible and should be closed down. Left the food tray across the room but my dad couldn't walk. Told him he had a diaper on so go to the bathroom in the diaper. Took 45 minutes to answer call bell even being told by family he needed help. No doctor saw my dad for 5 days. After told doctor he needed a chest x-ray due to coughing. Had pneumonia and family had to convince them to call 911 although they did not want to. Hospital stay for 3 weeks after due to neglect. Only went in for hairline hip fracture.

My mom has lived at Stratford Court of Boca Pointe for 4 years. She is a discerning woman who doesn’t give praise arbitrarily. For the last several months however, she has been expressing to me how impressed she is with the Activities Director, Curtis Sawyer. She is impressed by his strong organizational skills and of his excellent communication abilities in planning and managing. He has been able to build a strong relationship with Mom. He clearly has the essential qualities……..empathy, patience and passion that has successfully engaged her and her fellow residents to enthusiastically participate in the events at Stratford Court. I definitely think he deserves recognition.
