Everyone is so welcoming, kind, patient and nice. I did my research to make sure my mom would have the best care and still be able to have a happy life, she does here. They have fun activities planned for them daily to keep them engaged and still have an active social life if they choose. I highly recommend recommend Stratford at Beyer Park. My mom is in Generations (memory care).

I was so happy that my uncle was moved here. Very close to my home so I can visit him more. And he absolutely loved it here,he was very well taken care of and very happy here. Love the atmosphere here, and all the staff are very friendly and nice. Love the positive vibe here, you feel great when you walk through the doors. Thank you to all that took good care of my uncle Ed. His last days were happy 😊.Highly recommend. The best in Modesto.

Our mom has been at Stratford for a month now. She seems to be adjusting very well. Everyone is so friendly. We looked at several places. This one, by far, was the best. It’s very homey right when you walk in the front door. Lots of smiles every where.

Finding the best Assisted Living Facility for my Dad started months ago. After countless referrals, research, recommendations, touring and discussions - I narrowed down 4 wonderful places for Dad to choose from. My personal favorite was hands-down The Stratford, but I didn’t say anything to either my Dad or Sister. I scheduled Tours for all of us at each place and The Stratford was the second on our list we visited -> my Dad immediately chose The Stratford on the spot and wrote a check to reserve the last available unit. After all my hard work finding all the best places for him in the area, he had zero interest in seeing anyplace else - he had found ‘home’. Putting in words why The Stratford ‘feels like home’ isn’t really possible - the amazing people & peaceful energy is something that must be experienced first-hand for yourself. If you’re looking for a Senior Living Community in this area, make sure to schedule a Tour with Stephanie @ The Stratford - I promise you won’t regret it!

We made the difficult decision to put my 98 year old grandmother in memory care after taking care of her at home for the past 15 years. This decision was made so much easier after meeting the staff and the residents. We have had frequent visits and updates from staff which has made this transition so much easier.
