Stonecreek of Flying Horse

Looking into this place for my mother to move to. The place looks really nice and the staff was very friendly. I spoke with Ashley. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very helpful and professional. Would recommend for other families to check this place out.

The care staff in Stone Creek are phenomenal. Sarah, the Memory Care Director is compassionate and caring and puts her heart into what she does.

I recently visited StoneCreek and was incredibly impressed by the Memory Care Coordinator, Sarah. It was obvious from the moment I arrived that she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Throughout my visit, I observed her interacting with residents with patience, kindness, and respect. She knew the residents by name, encouraged participation in activities, and made sure everyone felt included. The activities were thoughtfully planned and engaging! She truly created an environment full of laughter, purpose and connection! What stood out most was her willingness to step in wherever needed. Whether she was helping residents, supporting staff, communicating with families, or ensuring the community was running smoothly, she approached every task with professionalism and compassion. Memory care is not an easy job, but Sarah’s dedication shines through in everything she does. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are cared for by someone who advocates for them, values their dignity, and works hard to create meaningful experiences every day. StoneCreek is fortunate to have a team member like her!!!

I am so impressed with this community! The food is outstanding and menus changes seasonally with plenty of variety that residents truly enjoy. The new leadership team has brought wonderful energy and a strong commitment to throughout the community. The care provided has been exceptional, and it’s evident that the staff genuinely care about the residents’ well-being and happiness. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where their loved one.
