Stonebridge is the most unorganized place I have ever seen they need to get a whole new staff...Just be everywhere that's the reason they can't keep good nurse's. This place need much help

StoneBridge is a beautiful community with caring and compassionate staff. The facility has improved over the course of time with less staffing turnover. If you are serious about resident care or looking for a safe and vibrant community come check out StoneBridge. There’s great a activities and the facility has a lot to offer residents and staff.
