Stonebridge Health Campus

My mom is a resident in Assisted Living. All the staff of nurses, patient assistants, cleaning staff, activities and kitchen are beyond amazing. It is very clean and EVERYONE is very helpful. Many activities to keep you busy with games, physical activity and outings. I would highly recommend Stonebridge.

Many competent and caring people work at Stonebridge. My experience is with both the skilled nursing side and the Assisted Living side. Management is available and open to feedback. The facility is well-kept. The food is high-quality, nutritious, and appetizing for the residents. Stonebridge has a dedicated Activities Team which does a stellar job offering activities to engage, stimulate, entertain. The physical/occupational therapy teams are very good at what they do. Stonebridge is a comprehensive facility offering all of skilled nursing care, assisted living option, and a memory care unit. This increasingly sets Stonebridge apart from other providers in the area, many of whom offer skilled nursing or assisted living, but not both. As residents' needs change it is possible at Stonebridge to progress through a continuum of care.

My mom is in Stonebridge and it's a great place. She is very pleased. She says the staff and everyone here is great. She even hosts a cooking class, that is her passion. Upon getting my mom to the facility, Brooklynn and Adam bent over backward for my family.

Very pleased with this facility. I have a close relative here that I see on a daily basis and I've noticed ALL the employees are so cheerful and nice! There are activities all the time, plus live music on Fridays. Lots of snacks, and the food is home cooked meals! Nice place this is!! A+++++
