Best place to have my mom! Nurses and staff treat us just like family. I would 100% recommend to any family who needs some assistance. My mom is suffering some hallucinations and confusion and she has never been treated with any disrespect. She is always treated with such patience, love, and respect! The room is always clean and cared for. The food here is delicious and family is always welcomed! Can’t say enough good things about Sterling inn!

I feel very loved and cared for here. The staff makes the atmosphere like family, truly they love us and it shows in their every word and deed. My fellow residents, too because they are loved , they are happy and loving in return. Yes there are a few residents that just have grumpy dispositions, but it is not from lack of love. This Sterling Inn has been designed with such detail and thought for US. You offer much to do in many interests in the Inn. You provide transportation for our outside needs, like doctors, banking, stores as well. You know us personally, and keep track of us to be for sure and for certain we are okay. You encourage us, without being patronizing. We all will age eventually, to have found a place such as this, is a blessing Change is challenging at any age, I am grateful to Sterling Inn for making this place like HOME. And on a very personal note, I LOVE my room. Its design suits my personality perfectly. God is good. Love Lily #222

The Caring Staff at Sterling Inn: Unsung Heroes Writing this review is challenging because there are so many positive aspects to highlight. Sterling Inn isn’t just a facility; it’s a tight-knit community that transcends the boundaries of friendship, residence, and staff—it becomes family. My mother-in-law, Donna, was in an unhealthy situation and needed to relocate. As she was bed-bound, there were many considerations on her behalf. We felt overwhelmed and unsure of whom to trust until we met Misty. Misty, the Director of Community Relations, was the first person we encountered when we walked into Stirling Inn. She took our hands and assured us, saying, “I promise, you can trust me.” And trust her we did. It turned out to be the best decision we ever made. Misty truly is an angel. Donna required a safe and loving place immediately, and Sterling Inn exceeded our expectations. We found the perfect room for her, strategically located at the center of all the action—right next to the nurses’ station and reception desk. Given Donna’s bedridden condition, this room was ideal for her. Don, the Director, keeps a watchful eye on everything. With extensive experience at Sterling Inn, he has performed every job and ensures that staff and procedures run seamlessly. Kelly, the Director of Residence Services, has a big heart. She actively listens to concerns and ensures that our loved ones receive the best care. Managing caregivers and staff, Kelly also gives the warmest hugs. Sandra, who previously ran the reception desk, approached Donna’s room daily with compassion, warmth, and a beautiful smile. When Sandra transitioned to the role of Activity Director, Cleo stepped in at the reception desk, continuing the tradition of daily visits with smiles and engaging conversations. Annette, the LVN, is deeply attuned to all the residents. Her daily visits are filled with care and genuine connection. She wears beautiful eyeshadows and conversed with Donna like old friends catching up. Elicia, the LVN, embodies soft-heartedness. Whether it’s the night shift or any other, she consistently prioritizes the residents’ well-being above all else. Thank you. Lane, the Med Tech, approaches his duties with care and a touch of loving comedy. When delivering medication to my 86-year-old mother-in-law, he engaged in heartfelt conversations about everything. Lane, thank you for being a window into your world—Donna truly appreciated it. Doris, another Med Tech, was affectionately nicknamed “Chiquita” by my mother-in-law. Their interactions were special moments—gossip, love, and even shared donuts accompanied the medication deliveries. Remembering special moments like that will live in our hearts forever. Elisha, an RA, combined thoughtfulness with a passion for discussing the TV show “90 Day Fiancé.” Donna loved hearing about camping and RV adventures during their chats. Megan, also an RA, paid close attention to details. She wore eyelashes just like Donna and shared her daily life with warmth and openness. Jackie, the warmhearted RA, brought abundant love to Donna. She shared daily activities and community happenings, creating a sense of connection. Ashley, with her beautiful smile, was an attentive RA. She meticulously ensured that Donna had everything she needed before leaving her room. Amber, another caring RA, engaged Donna in lively conversations about the community. Donna reciprocated by sharing her hand fans with Amber and the other caregivers. Gaby, yet another RA, shared personal stories with Donna, fostering a sense of benevolence and understanding. Blane, the affectionate RA, has a big heart. She shared stories about her daughter, whom Donna adored. Olga, gentle and kindhearted, assisted Donna with care and attention to detail. Rhonda, the patient RA, always made sure Donna’s pillows and surroundings were just right. Her diligence was appreciated. Heather, the compassionate RA, provided detailed care to Donna, ensuring her comfort. Thank you to the caring team at Sterling Inn. Our gratitude knows no bounds. Rodney & Daniel

Sterling Inn is an exceptional living facility. I visit the Inn as a vendor for hospice. Over the years we have had several patients living at the Inn and have witnessed first hand the quality of care this facility encompasses. Sterling Inn is by far one of my favorite partners to visit each week because the staff is wonderful and the residents are pure joy. The facility is always very well managed and I am always in awe at how each and every person interacts with the residents through their grace and compassion. It is very clear the residents are happy and cared for like family. Inside and out the property feels like home. Keep up the great work Sterling Inn team, the Desert is a better place because of the care and compassion each one of you bring each and every day.

I can't say enough about how beautiful and clean Sterling Inn is or about how nice and happy all of the staff and patients are. Our tour guide, Misty was absolutely wonderful. She was so welcoming, patient and kind but what resonated with me the most was how she knew every patient we came in contact with and greeted them by name. That small thing (which is actually big because they have a lot of people that live there) made me feel really good about my decision to move my mom there
