Stephens Farm at Adeo Colorado

Nobody called to let me know that ALL of their housing is strictly TBI. They no longer cover ANY other disabilities outside of this at Stephens Farm or 2730. They have strictly cut out everyone else outside of a TBI. This includes physical, mental, and behavioral. Unless a TBI has caused it they won't rent to you. This is per the gal I spoke with this morning. Extremely disappointing and adds into the problems of homeless with disabilities.

A clean, well organized facility that supports people with TBI with caring and professional staff. This place brings a sense of independence, dignity, and respect to the people they support. Grateful there are places like this out there.

Stephens Farm is a wonderful resource for individuals that have Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) in Northern Colorado and surrounding communities! The staff is amazing, attentive and go above and beyond to enrich resident’s lives. My brother’s quality of life has increased by so much since he has been at Stephens. He has his own community of friends, his own room and has opportunities to take part in activities inside and outside of Stephens Farm that enrich his life!

The community of people that live here is extraordinary. It is a joy to spend time here, to watch the wonderful staff at work and to see the smiles on the resident’s faces. This is a place where everyone, no matter their level of disability is encouraged to make decisions about their own lives. The residents work with their families, care providers and case managers to live full, rich and satisfying lives. It is wonderful to live in a town with such a special community as Stephens Farm @ Adeo.

Stephens Farm is a special place where people with brain injuries are supported to live their best lives. The person centered care provided here is top notch!
