St Francis Villa Assisted Living

My dad lived here for about a month but I felt like family from the moment we arrived! Owners, staff and caregivers were all top notch and so living and caring! I only wish we had found it a long time before we did. I can’t recommend this place for your loved one enough!

St. Francis has been a wonderful environment for my parents! They have lived there for over two years. It’s a family owned business whose owners are caring and family oriented. Staff is respectful and attentive. Facility is neat, tidy and clean. Every holiday is celebrated with parties and activities. There are also daily activities that all residents are encouraged to attend. The three daily meals are nutritious and delicious and served in the community dining room as if at a restaurant. I highly recommend St. Francis and its warm and inviting atmosphere!

I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care my mother received at St. Francis Villa. From the moment we walked through the doors, she felt at home and enjoyed the company of the residents and staff. The caregivers treated my mother with dignity and respect. They were incredibly patient and kind. I can’t thank the team at St. Francis enough for the kindness and professionalism they showed during a very important chapter in our family’s life. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated like family.

My family moved our mother from another facility to St. Francis 6 months ago. We chose St. Francis because it felt very much like home to us. Everyone was so kind to us and Mom during our visit. Mrs. Barbara took time to evaluate Mom before her move so they were prepared for her needs. Ashleigh guided us every step and Mom's move was effortless. It makes a difference when the owners are on site. The food is delicious, the facility is super clean and everyone is just kind. I highly recommend St. Francis!

I've visited or inquired about most of the assisted living facilities in New Orleans and the surrounding areas in my quest to help loved ones make the best choice when this important step becomes necessary, and St. Francis Villa is by far my first choice. The smaller size, beautiful homelike atmosphere, and extremely caring Owners, Administrators, and Staff make this choice so much easier. My family and I felt so comforted knowing that our loved one was in a safe and nurturing environment. He actually got better while there due to the excellent care provided. Close, frequent communication with administration and staff was ongoing. There was always an open door policy for any concerns. I can't thank St. Francis enough for the love and caring shown to our family member. I give it 5 out of 5 stars in all areas and recommend St. Francis highly.
