Excellent healthcare. Speedy and efficient in radiology (mamograms, CTs, X-rays) and great lab for blood work. They are all so pleasant and compassionate.

I actually had a great experience here, which is rare for my track record with emergency rooms. I had PA Jill Crabtree and she treated me very kind and was knowledgeable and thorough, and the nurse was also amazing. It was a short wait too.

Many thanks to the St. E Ft Thomas team for their excellent care last week. The ER, radiology, staff doctors, nursing and OR teams were all at the top of their profession and met every need in a timely way, with compassion & concern. Thankful that great care is available close to home.

Husband had surgery here a day ago and everything was fine until he went back to the waiting areas for surgery. They never told him they were administering anything and what it was. They just did it. Then they told me I had to step out for a “sterile” procedure before the surgery . Then closed the curtain half way I could still see in. Not a single one of them washed their hands. Not the nurse, the technician, or the anesthesiologist. They asked me to step out for this sterile procedure but didn’t even wash their own hands??? My mind was blown. They didn’t show empathy towards me or my husband when I was clearly worked up and nervous about the surgery instead they sent me on my way and said I’ll hear back when I hear back. When you have a loved one in surgery I expect updates. Are they tolerating everything ok? Is he ok with the anesthesia? What has been done? I want updates not to be left in the dark. I slept before writing this because I thought maybe I was over reacting but I’m still kind of sick over it so here’s my review you all asked for.

I was pleased with the rehab care on the 5th floor, but when my dad went down for dialysis, something went terribly wrong. It upset him so much that he decided to stop all dialysis and passed away nine days later. Please watch closely if someone you love is here. The nurses’ note below confirms that something went wrong. I had planned to look further into his MyChart records, but access was shut down as soon as he passed.
