My name is Patrick Woods. I'm 69 years old I'm in Saint Anthonys rehab the springs in Aurora and these nurses on night shift are cruel and not giving me meds on time they are late by hours I have pushed this help button over 20 times since 7 pm, it is now 9pm (2hours late, the assistant lied to me several times on the last contact he oh yeah she is right here, that was a lie and an hour ago they miss some of my Meds that are prescribed to me by my primary care at the VA I gave them a list and they do not follow it I broke hip and I am in so much pain right now I'm about to scream and it's all I can do is to write this, my wife has called several times and my daughter has call at least 20 times no one answers, this is a very cruel place and when my wife checked it out the administrator lied to her and my daughter, you say your priority is pain management that's another lie. You don't even have a doctor on sight just a PA and she is not here. What am I suppose to do, they ignore me, this is unacceptable and cruel very cruel. They lied about how they take care of you. They have not managed my pain since I got here. I I'M so upset how am I suppose to heal like this sorry if I missed spelled I am in touch pain. I am in room West 208, I would like some answers as to why, just because there is not enough nurses is not my problem it's yours don't lie and promise something you can't deliver.

Terrible place. I woke up to find the staff going through my clothes. My prescribed drugs were taken away from me at check-in and when I asked for them at checkout, they told me that they had given them to me. I’d ring the buzzer and it could take up to an hour for somebody to come and help. Iwas there for PT. There were many days I had none. Other days I only had 15 minutes my surgeon released me and st Andrews was not going to let me leave until their doctor and their physical therapy agreed I filed a complaint with my insurance and I was out the next day. They did everything they could to make me stay. I wouldn’t want anybody to go there.

My Dad stayed at St Andrews for 3 months to recover from a broken leg/hip. Like any business the people make the difference and He got great care. Can't say enough great things about the staff and is wonderful when you have employees that actually care. Thank you to the staff that worked with my Dad he is better for staying at St Andrews.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my aunt received at the Springs at St Andrew's Village. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was compassionate, attentive, and truly invested in her recovery. Their expertise and dedication were nothing short of life-saving. My aunt wouldn't have made the recovery she has if it weren't for this team. The facility is not only well-equipped but also warm and welcoming, making it a comforting environment for both patients and families. The individualized treatment plan and attentive therapy sessions helped my aunt regain her strength and health beyond what we imagined possible. Each staff member made us feel like we were one of their family members and ensured we were informed each step of the way. Thank you to the incredible team at the Springs at St Andrew's Village. You have truly made a difference in our lives, and we are forever grateful.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care my father received at The Springs at St Andrew's Village. The staff was responsive, proactive, and always went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and well-being. They kept me informed at every step and treated my father with the utmost respect and compassion. The nurses and caregivers were not only skilled but genuinely caring, making sure he felt at home during his recovery. Even after he left the facility, the Director of Admissions, Lacey, followed up with me to check in on his well-being. If you're looking for a facility that truly cares, I highly recommend The Springs at St Andrew's Village. Thank you for everything!
