Ash and Lisa were extremely helpful with my course of rehab from my spinal fractures. Teagan at the front desk was very helpful in navigating referrals from my doctor. Everyone I met there is very personable. Overall, I highly recommend this location!

Ash is kind and has a very calm approach to things that make it easy for me to relax into the exercises. He explains things very clearly and always takes the time to make sure that I really understand his instructions. This is my first time working with Ash and I am very glad that I was paired up with him. It's rare to meet someone who is authoritative without being aggressive about it! While I'm not thrilled that I'm injured, I am very glad to be getting help from Ash. 100% recommend him!

I absolutely loved my time here. Teagan, Lisa and Matt were so sweet and funny. They’re professionals and healed me up quicker than I would have liked. Haha. I just wanted to keep coming back and I definitely will know where to go and who to recommend if people are ever looking for PT. Great group of people.

The therapists at Saco Bay are extremely knowledgable about every aspect of body mechanics. Precise and focused treatment is what can be expected from a caring, friendly and communicative staff. Ashley Foley is my particular practitioner and I cannot say enough about how intensely gifted she is. Ashley makes me work hard but also guides me as to how to think about my body and to give myself credit for what I'm doing to take care of myself. My observation of the other practitioners is that they, too, hold to the same high standards of talent and attentiveness. I warmly recommend Westbrook's Saco Bay practice.
