Springs Ranch Memory Care Community

I was very impressed with the depth of care Springs Ranch provides. As an outside visiting clinician I witnessed the culture of their team behind the scenes. From what I experienced they are very loving, kind, genuine people. One employee even stopping to sing to some others to encourage and brighten their day. The ED volunteering time in support of local community-based events. I had a great experience spending time in this community, and it would be a top choice if I ever need support for my own family. Leaders at Springs Ranch should be very proud of their team.

By far the best place i could have had my mother reside in. Her Dementia seemed fairly mild, but there were still moments of confusion that were addressed and taken care of. They were always on top of making sure food and fluids were available. They also made sure to try and match her with other residents to help her be more social and give her plenty of opportunitiesto be outside her room and even encouraged it, though never pressed if ahe wasnt feelinglike being too social. Billing is easy and they make sure to break down all charges to the rent, be it supplied Depends, extra pads, more one on one care for certain needs. The Staff is incredible and ALWAYS attentive to the resident and their family. When my mother passed from the Dementia, the Staff were so very respectful of her even in passing. Providing their time to listen and be there if I needed the support. I HIGHLY recommend this Facility that felt more like a home.

The facility is clean and the direct staff is kind . Victoria the DoN was an absolute pill.

The team at Springs Ranch is incredibly dedicated to providing care and comfort for each of their resident's unique needs. They take pride in being able to offer a safe, homelike environment that truly supports aging in place and it shows!

I just wanted to thank everybody at Springs Ranch. Their kindness, hard work and dedication are greatly appreciated. Debra, the Director of Community Relations is just sensational. My mother’s room couldn’t have been put together so well without the introduction to her, from my sister. Debra sent over pictures and videos of my mother’s room to help facilitate the decorating details and protocol prior to her arrival. Everybody was so supportive while I was decorating my mothers room. They were so helpful from the moment I got there. In fact, I’m sure they could sense how nervous I was about leaving my mother. However, it was a tremendous relief to see my mother Happy for the first time in months. Even my mother in her compromised state could tell that she was in good hands. I haven’t seen her laugh and be happy at an extended care place since dementia overcame her. I can’t thank you all enough or let you know how pleased I am that my mom is in good hands. A big thank you to the amazing CNA Rachel, who graciously introduced me to her supportive team at Springs Ranch! I look forward to seeing my mother and all of you on the next visit. Paula
