My sister is in springhurst ,excellent nurses and staff ! Very caring and compassionate with residents . Love the brunches and activities they have for the residents and their families ! Highly recommend this facility for your loved ones !!!

All the employees are very nice and are always willing to find a answer to our questions for everything my sister is a patient here and I don’t want her anywhere else except springhurst a great place for a lived one

Rachelle, director at The Legacy at Springhurst, arranged a fun outing for our 94-year-old dad to experience a balloon ride for the first time. So much fun!

They killed my gma years ago. My mom ended up there for rehab. No care on the weekends, meds messed up, therapy a joke. Weekdays not much better. Had to take bottled water so she had water. Glad she is out and she will never go back.
