Springfield Heights Assisted Living Facility

My mother was a resident at Springfield Heights Memory Care Facility in Springfield, Tn. They talk it up as a good place to be but in reality it is not and the administrator will lie straight to your face about everything. They are supposed to have activities but the truth is the activity director does nothing but sits around on her phone and draw a check. The majority of workers there are on their phones sitting at a table in front of the nurses station instead of paying attention to the residents while they try to get up and walk falling and hurting themselves. It looks like a nice place and people come across as nice in the beginning but are fake. They do have a couple of good workers but are understaffed. They are supposed to clean the residents rooms but don’t. Most of them are outside smoking instead of watching the residents. I would advise anyone considering this place to run and not walk from this facility! The lack of care and concern are truly noticeable but the administrator always has her hand out for payment! She truly doesn’t care! I only gave it a star because in order to post it made me.

My mom has been living at Springfield Heights for 3 months. She absolutely loves it!! The staff is excellent, everyone is very friendly, patient, kind and respectful to all the residents. We definitely chose the right senior community for mom.

My mom loves living at Springfield Heights. She is so happy with the activities and staff. They are so polite and helpful and include her in the activities. They come and get her each day so she can participate. The food is good and the accommodations are clean and nice. I recommend Springfield Heights for your family.
