Spring Wind Assisted Living Community

We were so very hopeful when our family member decided to move to Spring Wind, but are so disappointed in our experience so far. They have some wonderful staff, and some not so wonderful staff, but are always horribly understaffed. Nothing gets done for my family member without me there making sure it gets done OR just giving up and doing it myself. Makes me wonder what is happening with the residents without family near by to watch out for them. These residents are paying A LOT of money for their basic needs to be met, and so far, all I see is Spring Wind cashing the checks, over-working the staff and not making the residents needs, safety and dignity their first priority. This is completely unexceptable for ANY company that's business is to take on the care of another human being. If you are looking for care for a loved one, I would HIGHLY recommend looking into private care (which would end up being cheaper) or looking at other facilities.

This staff goes above and beyond caring for the families as well as the resident. The teamwork is greatly appreciated! All needs are met and any concerns are immediately reviewed and addressed.

We cannot thank this facility enough for the care our mother received. The staff goes above and beyond with each resident. We felt safe with her in their hands. She really enjoyed her stay there. Such a great community, activites, meals and care. Thank you all so very much.
