It’s taken me a while to write this but I need to voice how disappointed I am with spring gardens. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because it’s a beautiful facility and the CNA’s are awesome, but my husband was in the memory care and he attacked me while visiting, the CNA called the emts to come because they thought I had a concussion. Shane the director came right in and said he can’t stay here he has to go, all as I was bleeding and very upset. I won’t get into the gritty details on how we calmed him down but it was awful to say the least. After we moved his stuff out we found several pills that he had stashed that he wasn’t taking. Looks like they don’t watch to make sure he was taking his meds. Got him home and on a regular routine of medication and he’s fine. Not sure how this place can call themselves a memory care. Wasted my deposit on staying 1 1/2 months. When all they needed to do was meditate him.

We are so glad we attended the Valentine's luncheon with my mother, Helen Pace. Once again the cook staff, and staff at spring gardens went above and beyond to make the day memorable. The food was incredible and the decorations set a festive mood. They even had a barber shop quartet to entertain us. It was so thoughtful of the quartet to sing from different areas of the room, so those with hearing impairment could enjoy them. Shane always greets everyone and makes sure we are comfortable. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars.
