Very nice place for seniors. Employees seemed to genuinely care for clients. The area is kept immaculate.

The staff at Spring Arbor-Kinston are exceptional in their communication, competence and kindness. They are helpful in every way-meeting with us for updates, handling our concerns, scheduling and helping execute medical appointments. We should all be so lucky to end up residents of Spring Arbor!

The most loving and caring staff I have ever seen at a senior living facility. I visit an elderly friend here regularly. The employees are unfailingly kind and patient. You come away with the feeling that they genuinely like working here and genuinely care about each resident.

The staff treats her with compassion, respect, and patience, which gives us so much peace of mind knowing she’s in good hands. We recently celebrated her birthday there, and Spring Arbor graciously allowed us to use their social room so our family could gather together in a private space. It made her day so special to be surrounded by the people she loves. While the room was a little warm, it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for bringing everyone together. Thank you to the staff for helping make my grandmother’s birthday memorable and for the excellent care you provide every day. We truly appreciate everything you do for her and all of the residents.
