I wanted to take a moment to share how much I appreciate Spring Arbor Cottage of Fredericksburg. Every time I visit, I leave feeling grateful for the love and care that surrounds this community. One of the first things I notice when I walk in is how happy everyone seems. The residents are smiling, laughing, and enjoying their time together. It is such a wonderful feeling to see people being treated with so much kindness, patience, and respect. You can truly tell that the staff care about the residents and the little things that make each day special. From the activities to the conversations and the way everyone is included, it is clear that a lot of heart goes into what they do. I always enjoy my visits and love seeing the joy that is brought to the residents each day. Spring Arbor Cottage is a very special place, and I am thankful to be able to see the amazing things they do.

Celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary with immediate family and new and old friends at Breeze Arbor on 14 May 2026. Everyone enjoyed the great food, cake and friendship. Wonderful day, beautiful facility and memories we will long cherish.

Stephanie and the team at Spring Arbor were simply amazing. During a very difficult time with my mother, we dealt with a lot of assisted living facilities that would give various prices less care and I feel like we’re treating me like I was buying a car versus trying to find a home for somebody I love. Stephanie And the Spring Arbor team were upfront, transparent, and honest from day one. Their focus was the care for my mother, while trying to make sure we could afford her living there long-term. The facility was consistently clean, and the staff definitely cared about her residence. I Highly recommend Spring Arbor!!

I always enjoy coming here to see my loved one. It is not what I expected a Memory Care community to look like. There are always happy smiling faces, in the staff and the residents. It never smells in there, which has been an issue in other places that we have been to. There always seems to be an activity going on. They even offer a Dementia Support Group, and not just to families who live there, it is open to everyone. And the staff is so knowledgeable. I couldn’t imagine my family member being anywhere else.

AMAZING place for your loved ones!!!! The staff at Spring Arbor were so caring and helpful. Our grandma was a resident, she has since passed on but we appreciate all the people at Spring Arbor who cared for her up until the end. We previously had her in Bickford ( AVOID, AVOID, AVOID) and she wasn't well taken care of. She was ignored for days at a time even after coming from the hospital. And so many other problems. But not at Spring Arbor. Lovely people, lovely facility and you get what you pay for, attentive staff.
