I would not recommend this place to anyone. Forget my review of Jan 21, 2022. Within a month things went bad quickly in the memory care cottage.

Very disappointed in lack of activities or things for residents to do. They eat, and stay in their rooms! No interaction with anyone, which is not good for anyone! Their is one staff person around on weekends, and you might see them, if you go at the right time! Very different situation, than I was told, before I put my loved one the there! Would not recommend this facility!

They take very poor care of your family here. The only ones that care are the nurses. The doctor is just a PA, not an MD AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT your loved one in their care. the owner is fake and doesn't listen to your concerns about your loved ones care. Please don't send your family here. They won't even send them to the ER after a fall or incident WITHOUT YOU FORCING THEM. HORRIBLE CONDITIONS HERE!

We had a scary experience with my mother yesterday. Sarah called us very quickly and had everything ready when we got there to take her to the doctor. She seems to genuinely care about her patients.

My experience visiting was fine but I feel like I need to comment for my Aunt Hilda. Obviously it’s hard to please everyone but it appears that she has not been happy with the food service there for quite some time. And her health is suffering as a result of not having food choices she enjoys. I sincerely hope this situation can be addressed.
