Southfield Village

We are having a great experience with Southfield Village. Shannon helped us navigate through a very difficult situation with care and dignity. I know my mom will be well cared for.

Allowed my mother to fall four times while staying there for rehab. Last time she fell required her to go back to surgery then they refused to take her back.

In a very hard season of our life, the staff at Southfield has brought their gifts of compassion and care and excellence to not only our sister who now resides in long-term care but to our family Our family who want the best for her. We are so thankful for this place and for each person that we encounter every day. Southfield Village was literally an answer to our prayers, and we thank the Lord daily for the comfort and peace of this place.

I toured Southfield Village when considering it as a possible place for my mother to stay, and was impressed by it. It’s charming and clean (and after their upcoming renovations I’m sure it will be even nicer and up-to-date). The facility’s setting is lovely and quiet. Overall it seems like a very nice place to stay.

What a great experience we have had with Southfield Village and working with Shannon and the team. They have been first class and treated us so well. Shannon took so much time taking us around showing us the facilities, answering our numerous questions, hosting our entire family for a lunch followed by another tour, showing us apartments that would meet our needs then working with us to make changes that would be specifically to help us for our day to day living. Thank you Shannon and all the staff for treating us so well. If you ever have a need for you or a family member we highly recommend Southfield Village. The facilities are clean, updated, have special offerings and the food was excellent. But best of all the staff and their smiles and caring attitudes can’t be beat. Thank you again.
