South Pointe Assisted Living

Both my mother (assisted living) and father in law (memory care) lived at South Pointe for the last year. Memory Care - Can't say enough good about this space for dad. The community is small - probably less than 10 residents. I often saw staff chatting with residents, laughing with them, sitting beside them to talk or watch a movie together. It's just not something that you can duplicate at a larger facility. He was well loved and well cared for. Assisted Living - I really appreciate the ease of communication with the nurse (Sam) and all the staff at the assisted living facility. They returned my calls, answered my questions, and were always looking to help make mom more comfortable. Only reasons I didn't give the facility 5 stars is that the food left something to be desired and most of the staff smoke on the patio off the common room and sometimes it smelled like cigarette smoke when I came. But the compassion, expertise, and kindness couldn't be beat. Thank you South Pointe!

I visited many places for my mother . This one was by far the nicest cleanest friendliest make you feel at home place . The staff at this facility goes above and beyond for their residents. What wonderful people that clearly love what they do.

Wonderful company who really cares about those in their care. Comfortable and home-like environment where everyone becomes like family!
