I recently transferred a family member. It took a week to iron out a few problems stemming from the previous facility and then another week to let the current staff know exactly what my family member required to be comfortable. The problem started last night w a arrogant, rude, unprofessional employee who claimed to be their Wellness coordinator. He intiated a conversation with me and succeeded in leading me to this review. He did not have good listening skills and proceeded to tell me what he wanted me to do. He said I was to contact him with any and all issues at the Facility. My contact has been with the manager and i had no idea who this employee was or where he fit in with the chain of command. I recommend before plscing your family member here, to find out if this employee still works there. He claimed to be in charge of the MED Techs there, and told me the Facilty had received 20 new residents in the past 2 weeks so he has had no time to review each individual residents medicine requirements! That is a big problem and not acceptable to be informing me of his failure to comply with State Standards. Im going to say the rest of the staff including the Manager had been doing a great job until this Wellness coordinator put his 2 cents in. Now im having doubts The facility itself has a comfortable atmosphere, clean, and fresh paint-going thru some renovations.

Horrible

I've been here for a year now. It's terrible here. No transportation tor the residents. No activities, the staff are uneducated when it comes to this type of business. Mishaps with medication. The dining experience is awful. The same meals over and over again. No individual choice. No dietary staff. And no medical personnel here at all

This place literally looks like it was hit by a bomb. It’s so disgusting in here. It is sad to see anyone live like that..
