I called this morning to inquire about wellness service and spoke with a lady by the name of Pat Jackson. When asked where the office was located, Pat was very RUDE and would not answer the question but wanted to know why I was calling. I would suggest this business consider customer service training for Pat because first impressions can make or break an organization. I will never call this business again or use it as a resource for my community. I had to select a star to post this comment. Her attitude and tone did not deserve a star rating for Somerby.

I've been a resident here in this facility since 2021. Since arriving Somerby, I've been completely impressed by it's entire operation, including the residents, staff, leadership, and day to day operations. This is a beautiful and clean campus with a wide range of activties. I recommend Somerby for anyone seeking an excellent senior living community and facility.

As a healthcare worker in the senior community all over the county, Somerby is, by far, my favorite to call on. As soon as you walk in, you are always greeted with a smile at concierge. I have never encountered anything except for a welcome and upbeat attitude and hello from every single staff member there- from the operations office, to the clinical staff, CNA’s to the staff working in dining. Every single person employed there is truly dedicated to EACH and EVERY resident, and it shows. The residents are not just treated like family, they ARE family at Somerby. It also happens to be the most beautiful senior community I have ever been in (and I have been in MANY)- but pretty buildings only get you so far; it is the staff, the care, and the love and passion they have for seniors that makes Somerby truly special.

Yesterday evening we celebrated our country's birthday at Somerby. It was a perfect evening of food, fellowship and entertainment. Somerby staff and administrators made sure that everyone was comfortable and well fed. Each worker was on guard to make sure no one was overlooked in any way. Thank you to all who gave above and beyond to make a memorable evening. It am blessed to call Somerby my home.
