I don’t want to leave no star but I had to push something to write this review. This job is so unprofessional they pick and choose who they like and don’t like, 2 people was fired for no reason. I just don’t understand how a person gets fired over using water from a faucet saying it’s dealing but then again it’s tap water so how is that stealing? Then the other person gets fired for only eating a piece of food that they cook for the residents bust they ass for but let Michelle takes food cause she friends with the manager to me that’s showing favoritism. My thing is yall have cameras everywhere and yall fired them for faucet tap water and a piece of food(that could have been a warning) these two people I know been there for 4-6 years best employees you can ever have. This job sucks and the way they do things is very wrong. And whoever the HR lady was is completely disrespectful unprofessional I called to talk about the situation in a most respectful way and she hung up on me cos I didn’t give her my name which I have the right not to.

Worst place ever they can’t even provide wipes to clean the residents they use bed pads. The entire building is infested with rats and roaches and the smell inside the building of mold and dirtiness is the first thing that hits you when you walk inside. If I could give this place zero stars I would but there is some staff there that actually do care about the residents and actually go above and beyond for them other than that the management to the caregivers there they don’t care about this people they’re there to make a paycheck and that’s about it.

It can be good or bad here. The med-techs for the most part have no special training ( some however do and when you come across them you count your lucky stars). It's a lot better now since Sherry took over and they are trying to improve the building. Sometimes this place can make me feel so happy, other times I would rather bury my head in the sand. It accepts all sorts. If you have Medi-Cal they'll work with you. They're not the worst. And there are several who really do care.

I would give this place 2 1/2 stars for the price. If you have ever gone to other places, you know this is not a gem, but for the price, this is OK. The next step up that I have found in the Sacramento valley will almost double your price. It seems like the building is over 40 years old and needs a serious makeover. They all do their best to keep it clean and do a pretty good job. The staff has always been attentive and helps out anyway they can. They could definitely use more help, but I suspect this will increase the price quite a bit more. I have had my mom go through many different locations and I just can't move her again. Good luck to us all.

This place deserve a zero. I have a family memeber staying here. She has a heart monitor. She got out of the hospital yesterday only to be told she was evicted and could not return. My sister said she was able to get in her room, but they withheld her medications for hours. They have continually harassed my sister waking her up on a hour time on purpose. I have called and asked to speak to manager Joanne. The staff continue to say she is not there. I spoke to a person by the name of Kim who was rude and could not answer general questions. She would get upset and hand up the phone. Who ever reads this do not put your love one here.
