SISKIYOU SPRINGS ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE

I know this is a tough industry but if someone does not speak up - nothing changes. My mother in law had money stolen and upon reporting it to the director she was told “you have checks - use those”. No apology or acknowledgment of wrong doing. Maintenance eventually came and repaired the counter drawer in her room that had been damaged when someone took her money. The food is sometimes good. 😊 That is a plus of course as are the good physical therapists and someone there on site to do her hair. Unfortunately, there is a huge turnover of staff and residents are often left neglected. Once again it feels like profits are the most important focus and staff is underpaid and under supported. It’s a sad industry.

This is a great facility with professional administrators and friendly staff. We moved my 97 year old grandmother in to Siskiyou Springs when she could no longer care for herself. She really enjoyed the staff and all the activities the facility offers. The facility was always clean and there are a number of “younger” residents that give the place a vibrant energy that my grandmother really enjoyed. Thank you Siskiyou Springs for taking such great care of my grandmother!

The staff at Siskiyou Springs has been incredibly helpful as we have journeyed through the process of transitioning our elderly aunt into senior living. Step by step they have gone out of their way to be supportive in any way that came up. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. They even assisted us in setting up her room during the hectic move and reached out to pay special attention to her, as she is a newcomer. I have no doubt she will adapt well in their care.We are grateful.

Our dad made his own choice for a senior living facility and he chose Siskiyou Springs. He has been happy with his choice, and we have been, too. The staff knows, and cares about each of their residents. They have been cheerful, patient, knowledgeable, and caring when we have had questions or concerns about our dad. Our dad hasn't had any complaints about either the staff, his care, or the facility. His mood actually seems to have improved since he moved in. I highly recommend Siskiyou Springs Senior Living Community. It truly is a "community".

As most families know, when choosing a senior living facility for a beloved family member, the decision and process can be daunting. During our process of finding a place for our mother, we knew the this would be difficult especially since she had lived in the family home for over fifty years. After researching and touring several facilities, meeting with numerous directors and staff, we were convinced that Siskiyou Springs Senior Living was a perfect fit! Without hesitation, we highly recommend this facility! Our experience has been incredible. The kindness, consideration, and exceptional care our mother receives, is top notch (they know seniors and their needs)! The facility is well maintained, very clean and sanitary (vital in this current day and age). As stated before, after leaving a lifelong home, it is difficult for a new resident to adjust to such a change. However, we have been very pleased that her friends and family still are able to visit often and that she has made many new friends! It has become common to hear her visitors remark of the great staff, facility and care our mother is receiving! Once again, we highly recommend this facility and appreciate the support and care Annette Hart and her staff provide for our mother.
