I have visited Silver Birch several times now with my Gramma. She is always raving about the food and the staff. And I've noticed it myself how accommodating and helpful the staff is even if I need something. The residents and staff are very friendly and welcome, and it really makes Silver Birch feel like home rather than an assisted living

My mom was in there she fell and broke her shoulder. Very bad experience with staff. I told them they should have been helping her to cafeteria i was told not to go there . They had no nursing staff at night. Just would not put anyone in there. And they took all her money she had after she fell and got hurt.

I truly appreciate the care my mother received from this facility. She was so happy with this facility. I remember picking her up for thanksgiving one year and she wanted to go back instead of stay the weekend. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
