This place has a bed bug infestation. They will have to burn this place down to get rid of them. The ED Natasha doesn’t treat those residents like family they are a $, especially if it’s a PACE resident. If the resident isn’t happy she is quick to get them out the door. They gather these residents just for the money not for the care.

I have visited Silver Birch many times over the last four years. The Rooms are large, have a lot of cabinet storage, and full-size refrigerators! All departments have been great to work with and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. The environment is lively, and there are a lot of options for participation in outdoor activities. There are garden boxes, birds, nature and a nice wooded view.

A great option for an aging loved one who needs some extra support. The staff works hard, treats residents like family, and keeps the community clean and safe. On top of all of that, it’s an affordable community! Absolutely a win-win!

Very nice facility, spacious, clean, and new!!! But I have to say the staff is the real gem. So nice and family vibe. I know several residence who live there and they love it here. Top notch all around. 5 stars ⭐️
