Update to previous review: My mom lived at Signature Lifestyles for nearly two years until she just recently transferred to nursing care. Signature Lifestyles of Rogersville has been very much a blessing to our family. My mom was well-cared for, safe, and happy (except when she occasionally got ornery.) The director and staff were fantastic to work with and always knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Nurses are attentive, activities are daily, and food is delicious. Staff have pleasant, positive attitudes and are always willing to help or answer questions. I would recommend Signature Lifestyles of Rogersville hands-down to anyone within driving distance. Nearly two years prior: My mom recently stayed here a week for respite care. It was a fabulous experience! The facility is clean and attractive, the administration and staff are incredibly helpful and kind, and my mom was so very happy. That, alone, speaks volumes. I asked several of the residents how they liked it, and all were complementary and said it was a good place to be. We hope to continue respite care here at Signature Lifestyles of Rogersville.

Signature Lifestyles has been a great place for my mother. The facilities are well-maintained. The staff is caring and attentive. Signature has been a blessing to our family!
