Signature Healthcare at Summerfield Rehab & Wellne

The people who work here are very nice and helpful. They do a lot for patients. I love Carter and John and therapy. My favorite nurse Donna she is always on time with my medication. My CNA Bahati and Jarrod are amazing. The house keeping does a great job keeping this place clean. I was pleasently surprised how involved administration is with talking and caring for patients. I would recommend this place for rehab.

I am glad to be here getting therapy. The dialysis den is really nice. The machines are wonderful. The nurses and CNAs take good care of me. A very happy place.

Therapy is great. I really enjoy working with John and Nicki. The nurses are great, they are all sweet. Staff is very friendly. Management is excellent as well. Jae is my favorite CNA!

They were understaffed and the aids didn’t seem to care. I would ask for my meds and I might not get them until 3 hours later. I couldn’t walk or use a bathroom and I pushed the button and told the aid I needed my diaper changed. She said she was taking care of 42 patients and I had just been changed 1/2 hour ago. I wet myself again and someone came 2 hours later. I also didn’t like the food. I was there for rehab but don’t put your loved ones there, if you can please keep them at home.
