Rude employees they don’t care about the residents. Management is nosey the higher ups are not friendly. Would not recommend there are better places in town

The workers are way too nosey. I come here once a week to have a conversation with my mother. I’ve been asked by everyone what I am, and who I am. I don’t know why it matters when there’s a sign in book.

We moved my mom into Sierra Del Sol a week ago….what an amazing experience it has been! Everyone has been so incredibly helpful and kind; Anne has been so caring and informative in getting this whole process organized and finalized; Ruben with maintenance was at her apartment within an hour to install her television, and was so friendly explaining everything to her. Pam at the front desk literally took our major recycling and trash to their receptacle for us (we were planning to find somewhere on our own!). Keelani, the wellness director, is so thorough, even stopped by our house to do an assessment ahead of time. Mom was escorted to the dining room for her first few meals just so she could get comfortable. After her first meal there, she called us to brag about how wonderful the food is! She let us know that caregivers come check on her all the time, and it makes her feel so comfortable. Her apartment is so inviting and safe; she has absolutely everything she needs…our hearts are so full for her happiness, and the stress it has alleviated from all of us is just immense! We stopped by tonight after just a few days of her being there, and she’s already sharing about friends she has met! Highly, highly recommend taking a look at Sierra Del Sol for your loved one!

We had a tour of Sierra del Sol today. We were welcomed by a personalized sign and friendly front desk staff. Anne led our private tour and was very straightforward about life here. It is a long standing community with 3 cooked meals daily. It became clear that our dead is more suitable for independent living and assisted our memory care. However, and gave us great hints and information about the whole process. I appreciate her overall friendliness, how informative she was, and as a thank you for taking a tour they even gave us a fresh baked apple pie! If you are looking for an assisted or memory care facility for your parent, I would definitely recommend checking out this location.
