Not worth 1 star. By far the most dysfunctional facility I've ever seen. Only one cna on duty per shift. A D.O.N. who lives there, not to mention most other staff live there. They all seem clueless and have never assisted me with even little things. Only one cna is true and helpful. Thank you Fernando! There are residents that smoke Marijuana at the back entrance. I smelled it all the time, reported it and nothing was done. I even had a resident tell me they smoked it. The ceiling leaks everywhere, soft spots on the floor and smells of black mold in places. Plus never any housekeepers unless they feel like coming in and they try to clean my room at 8 at night. Please don't ever move or send family here. I guarantee you when I say this mom and pop operation needs condemned.
