I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shields Comfort Care and the administrator, Andrea. Andrea was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful throughout the entire admission process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain every step, and make what could have been an overwhelming experience feel much easier and less stressful for us all. Andrea truly cares about the residents and their families. She listened to all of my loved one’s needs and concerns and worked hard to ensure they received the care, support, and attention they deserved. Meeting with Andrea gave me the confidence I needed to ensure that my loved one was in good hands. The staff and environment at Shields Comfort Care has done such an exceptional job with my loved one with ensuring their care needs are met daily.
