All I can say, this is the first place you should contact and look at for Assistance Living Support. Why… My mom when thru 4+ various facilities, each promised - care, compassion, etc… but they never came thru. Each were menu based costs and corporate driven. I was confronted in a situation that they really Didn’t care, once they got their monthly payments. My mom was in her mid 90 and blind. And these agencies had a serious disconnect as to handle their patients needs. Yes the elderly can be demanding. And these large facilities had a large number of patients. So you just a number to them. In my Moms case she was angry, has serious anguish and despair. She just wanted support to make her transition easier. At her age she should have had not pled for help or comfort, that she paying for… Well, a friend suggested Seven Heaven II. A AL home with a small number of patients (10). They are very attentive, really caring and their meals are excellent. My mom passed recently… but the for the year she resided in Seven Heaven II she was so happy!! I only wish we found them first!

Although my mother wasn't at Seven Haven II very long, I can attest to the fact that they provide a very loving environment for their residents. The owner and caregivers all demonstrated have much they cared for my mother's well-being and showed me so much compassion from the minute I toured the facility. The home is clean, the residents are monitored and the food smelled great. I want to thank everyone there for the love they showed to my mother and me.
