Serenity Villa V

This is going to be a long one. It’s hard to believe Mom has been here two years already. All I can say is that I’m so glad that I chose Serenity Villa in Campbellsport for my mom’s care because it is the best. I am always recommending Serenity Villa to others. Serenity Villa really takes the time to know the residents. They also know when they are deviating from their baseline and may need medical intervention. Residents are treated with respect regardless of their condition. The staff has so much patience. Serenity Villa’s communication in regards to my mom is excellent. When my mom broke her knee cap earlier this year, I was an absolute mess and totally exhausted for several weeks. I felt like I needed to spend most of the day with my mom while she was at the hospital and in rehab at a different facility because they didn’t know her, and there was nobody to answer questions and advocate for her at those facilities. My relief when she was able to go back to Serenity Villa cannot even be measured. I was so happy to have her back home where the staff knew her. Serenity Villa was so much better at following the doctor’s instructions than they were at the rehab facility. Most important, I had the peace of mind that she was being well cared for at Serenity Villa. Throughout Mom’s recovery, I received regular updates on how she was doing. Doctor appointments went smoothly due the written communication Sammi (RN Manager) sent along with me to the appointments. For a soon to be 91-year-old to recover from this type of injury is amazing, and I don’t think it would have been possible without Serenity Villa’s attention and care. Thank you so much to the nursing staff, the Activity Director, cleaning staff, food service/kitchen staff, and facilities staff for their valuable contributions in making Serenity Villa such a wonderful home for my mom and the other residents. I know Mom doesn’t remember or realize all the things you do for her every day, but I most certainly do. I appreciate my Serenity Villa family so much.

My mom was at Serenity Villa and the facility and staff were amazing. Mom loved it there. From the food to the care. When mom was passing they did everything for her and our family. I would recommend Serenity 100% for your loved ones. It is like a family there.

The decision to move Mom into Serenity Villa 5 in Campbellsport was hard because all her family is in the West Bend area and there are a lot of local options. SV5 was highly recommended by a lifelong friend from Kewaskum whos’ Mother spent 4 years at the facility before passing. They highly recommend the facility based on their experience. It turns out this was the best decision we could have made for Mom. The staff is friendly and very attentive. With Campbellsport you get that small town sentiment, very caring, loving and giving. We are very happy with the care Mom is getting. She could not be in a better place!

My family and I can’t thank Serenity Villa enough for the exceptional care they provided to our mother. Brooklyn met with us for the initial visit, answered all our questions, then walked with us through this season of our lives. Because of her medical background, Brooklyn was able to communicate with our doctors to provide better care than we were able to provide. Brooklyn and the entire staff became part of our family. Serenity always felt like home and I encourage anyone to reach out to Serenity Villa when you need a home for your loved one.
