My family has had a relationship with Senita ridge for many years. My step mom spent 6 years as a resident with lewey body dementia and she was always well cared for, kept safe and comfortable until she passed away in 2023. Shortly after, we needed Senita Ridge again after my father's diagnosis of MSA and mild cognitive impairment. He already knew everyone as he'd visited his beloved wife for dinner every day during her stay there. It was an easy transition for him thanks to the staff embracing him like family. Rosie is his favorite care giver and I've seen with my own eyes why, she treats him with love kindness and compassion and has developed the kind of relationship that makes the place feel like home. Recently my father suffered a stroke and due to the quick response from Kristina he got the EMS and hospital care needed to get him through it and after a couple of weeks in rehab he recovered back to nearly baseline When he was ready for discharge I asked him if he was ready to get out of there he said "yes! I want to go home" and by home he meant Senita Ridge.

In a world where most healthcare workers, nurses, and caregivers are seeking out a simple paycheck, your employee Ban Salman has proven to me countless times that she is an anomaly. My mother, who resides in Senita Ridge in Peoria AZ, is frequently under her care, and I feel as though the attentiveness and hospitality is a lost gem in our modern society -- one that this particular employee has revitalized and implemented with her care. I have seen her carefully attend not only to my mother, but every single resident in the facility. Comparing to most other workers, I can tell she has true compassion like for the residents! I wanted to extend a kudos to her and give her supervisors a heads-up to let them know that she is doing a stellar job. It has pained me knowing my mother needed to be in a home, but knowing Ban is there to look over her and care for her has eased my mind greatly. Thank you very much.

Response from the owner

Caring people. Made it easier for us being so far away to keep in touch with our mother.
