My Dad was here for rehab and it was clean and well run. Onsite physical and occupational therapy. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and professional. 4 visitor parking spots, but you can check at the front desk if a reserved spot is available. Also spots may be available along the fence. Medicare approved for rehab.

My Mom was there for 3 weeks. The Self Help Home is a great place to be for anyone who needs to be in rehab. Staff is extremely professional and caring. The facility is clean and all the employees were great.

I found the staff at the Self Help Home to be friendly, supportive and readily available when needed. It’s a relief to know my husband is is benefitting from their physical and occupational therapy in order to regain his mobility and return home in due time.

My Mother and my Aunt were in Sub Acute care at this facility. The Nurses, CNA’s , Physical Therapists , kitchen staff and all people working here are wonderful , pleasant and caring . The events they have for the residents are wonderful (concerts and activities). The place is clean. I never worry that my loved ones are not cared for properly here. I highly recommend this place.

While I ultimately selected a different location for my husband. I have to rate the Self Help Home and Elizabeth Sanchez, the medical director of admissions 5 stars based on a tour of the facility guided by Elizabeth, the time taken with me by Elizabeth to familiarize me with the services (excellent) and the potential accommodation of my husband's special medical needs. I would 100 percent have had him admitted here
