The personnel at seasons At Southpoint made the transition to the assisted living for my wife so easy. Shazma in marketing was especially helpful during the difficult and complex period after finding out that my wife would need 24 hour care. My anxiety level was very high and she seemed to understand and support me and my wife in all the ways that I needed and truly appreciate.. All of the personnel have been simply terrific in helping my wife (and me) adjust to this new reality. I can't say enough positive things about this facility and all who work there.

My husband has Alzheimer's. Because of a painful fall, infection and fever,, and neuro-inflammation as a side effect of Alzheimer's, my husband was in the ER for 11 nights. His doctor recommended discharge to a memory care facility to titrate and optimize his medication management, occupational therapy to stabilize his core and ADL's, and assistance with personal care. Thus far, in spite of multiple discussions with multiple staff members, he is not receiving several of the medications his doctor ordered, he is receiving some medications that his doctor did not order, and he is receiving some medications at the wrong time of day triggering diarrhea, and he is dosed with three times the amount of Seroquel ordered by his doctor. The staff implements medical decisions without getting a doctor's order or my approval as his HPOA. That is illegal. Moreover, They refuse to cue him to put his CPAP on at night, and they don't help him put his hearing aids on the charger. I have visited every day at different times. The tables in the dining room are unstable and unsafe, the staff complains about residents who walk. With some exceptions, they demean and are very rude to other residents. Kadeisha, Leslie, and Latoya are very good. Nicole screamed at me when I complained about the feces on the shower floor which had been there for three days. Nicole informed me she is not trained to hand my husband his CPAP mask. Nicole also told me I should care for my husband myself. I would but when he falls, I fall too and we both end up in the ER. At 80 years old, I don't have thevsame stamina that I had when I was younger. I shower my husband and get him ready for bed. So far, they have not implemented his doctor's OT prescription. Yesterday when I attempted to sign him up for a haircut, they told me they are in between vendors. I received an email from Corporate to set up the Family Portal and received an error message that I do not have an account. Likewise with the medical online account. I have attempted multiple times to discuss these issues with the Executive Director who refuses to meet with me. In my search to find an alternative for my husband, I have encountered several individuals who previously worked at Seasons and confirmed that Seasons is notorious for delivering poor care and poor management. This facility has serious compliance deficiencies. The quality of care is terrible.

The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to feel like home. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents are engaged, supported, and treated with dignity and respect. Their programming and activities create meaningful opportunities for connection and joy. If you’re looking for a senior living community that prioritizes both quality care and a family-like environment, I highly recommend They are truly making a difference in the lives of the residents they serve.
