I don’t know where to start! The facility always seems clean, and the people in charge of activities seem to really care about the residence. I brought up the subject of basic oral hygiene like changing diapers regularly, help with brushing teeth, coming hair. I have requested shower sheets for five weeks now from different people throughout the facility and all they do is pass the buck and have not provided me with the information. My mother has dementia so she needs help with these things. I have asked repeatedly over and over if this is an assisted living facility,And they say yes, it is, but they aren’t assisting her with the very basics that she needs help with. I’m trying to be an advocate for her, but I’m not getting anywhere with these people. I feel really sorry for the people who have no one to check on them.

Today we attended their annual Holiday Family Dinner extravaganza. What a nice surprise this was as this is our first year here. The menu was excellent and we were served by the Season’s employees. Everyone here is so kind and always helpful. We definitely made the right choice in choosing a memory care center.

After touring multiple facilities for my aunt, we settled on Seasons and have been extremely pleased with her care. The community atmosphere, the daily activities, great food and wonderful staff have had a positive impact and she has been happy and joyful every time that we visit. The life enrichment department even posts descriptions and pictures of activities and events so we get to see her regularly, outside of visits. This is great facility with amazing staff and engaging programs, I would happily recommend Seasons to anyone looking for a care facility as a home for their aging loved ones who struggle with Alzheimer's and dementia.

Season’s is the best. The staff is outstanding and they really care about the residents. My mom feels valued, appreciated and cared for… I’m able to regain my focus in my own life knowing she’s happy, and has a great quality of life. They keep them busy all day long. Mom says, “It’s fun and I enjoy it so much. The food is delicious.”

This place should not be allowed to operate. Unskilled/uncaring caregivers, unresponsive directors and no one checking to see if your loved one has been fed, changed, etc... mother was slowly starving to death. Calls aren't returned, caregivers are also kitchen help, do housekeeping, take care of laundry and lastly - there for the residents. What they "aren't" doing for their residents is criminal. Do NOT send your loved ones here. Turnover rate is high and many residents are leaving. It is a "warehouse" - they all deserve respect and dignity and it's sadly missing at Seasons.
