Extremely short staffed, residents are being unattended to due to lack of help, they for the most part will have one single LNA working one wing to them selves and expect every residents to be properly taken care of and unsafe transferring due to again, lack of help

Traumatic experience for my mother, facility understaffed and crowded. There was not much communication and hard to hear back from anyone. After she was taken from there by ambulance about four weeks into her stay, she was dehydrated, delirious, had bed sores all over and was suffering a serious infection. I am grateful they called an ambulance to take her to the hospital at least, but we refused to send her back after that. She lost her ability to speak, walk and hold herself up during her time there. Once we moved her to another nursing home and I went to see her the first time...she was able to hold my hand and say two words...with clear relief she said: much better (the new nursing home). Please do your research. These are your loved one's last days.

My brother stayed here the last month or so of his life on Hospice Care due to cancer. The administration and staff were friendly and caring and tended to his needs timely and professionally. Everyone was friendly and helpful to us/his family during our many visits. Lots of individuals did a great job...a very good team of folks at Morrison Skilled Nursing Home. Love you all for what you do so well.

This is being generous... Not impressed within 10 minutes visiting a family member.
