Sandalwood Village III

I feel for the staff, patients and patients family members in this facility. The new management it’s under headed by Shamika is extremely unprofessional. Shamika is very malevolent and rude and condescending I can only imagine what staff members patients and patients family members are going through with dealing with her. With a group home staff patients and family members should be treated with empathy and care. The management in places like this need to be benevolent. Tread likely and think twice before placing your loved one here.

It’s amazing how one person can make a difference in a building. Shantinique loves on my Aunt like she’s her own kin. My aunt is like my mom and l often feel Leary about who takes care of her but seeing my aunt with her l feel save and secure with her being there. I also love the meals they cook there. Very intimate setting with a family oriented feel. Thanks for all you guys do. I know this field can be overwhelming and challenging, I too work in the medical field. Much compassion and empathy to the staff

I'm thrilled to see the positive changes at Sandalwood Village Assisted Living since the new management took over! The care and attention my loved one receives has improved significantly. The staff is more attentive, and the facility is cleaner and more well-maintained. I'm so grateful for the new management's commitment to excellence. The facility is immaculate, with beautiful common areas and spacious rooms. But it's the people that truly make Sandalwood Village shine. The caregivers are attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. They take the time to get to know each resident's unique needs, preferences, and personalities. The activities team is creative and engaging, offering a wide range of programs that cater to diverse interests. The management team is responsive, transparent, and always available to address any concerns or questions we may have. They truly prioritize the well-being and happiness of their residents. We feel blessed to have found Sandalwood Village Assisted Living and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a supportive, loving, and inclusive community for their loved one.
