My mom & dad were among the first residents to move in to Sancerre Atlee Station. We have had an excellent experience from day one. Mom has a beautiful, caring community to call home & we have peace of mind, knowing they were extremely well looked after & happy. Sancerre embraces the uniqueness of its residents & seeks to customize their experiences based on their lifestyle. The administration & staff have a genuine love for their residents. This became even more obvious to me when my father recently passed away. They went above and beyond to support us & honor him in his passing. They continue to reassure mom with support as she navigates things on her own. I couldn't be happier about our family's decision. We are blessed to have them in our community. When it is time to consider facility options, I recommend Sancerre be at the top of your list!!

Upon entering the facility, I witnessed interaction from staff with the residents. Upon entering the Memory care unit, I again witnessed staff interacting with the residents. This is not something I typically see in other facilities. The staff were GENUINELY enjoying their time with the residents. There was laughter heard from both residents and staff. The experience was truly a blessing to witness genuine kindness. It has truly touched my heart.
