San Francisco Towers

Hello, good afternoon, today I had a really overwhelming experience with the workplace at Lyft, the transport platform I came to pick up three elderly people, they had walkers and I was also in a hurry to get to the place to get to a theater in San Francisco. The local employee, a very rude, humiliating and daring African American, why I say it because I don't understand the English language very well and yelled at me in front of many people that I had to take the elderly to their theater, very fast, she yelled at me, groped me and simply left the elderly in my car, without helping them get up and without helping them pick up their walkers. I have no knowledge on how to handle the walkers of the elderly, because I do not work in the place and I have never worked with the elderly. That was his turn. To her. He yelled at me, humiliated me and canceled the trip on the app. Forcing me to take them for free to their destination, one of the neurotic old women, because she was late to her theater, threw the car door was rude. Throughout the journey. She made fun of me making absurd jokes with the other elders, but she was the only one who was rude. It's a very beautiful place, but I think it's just appearance, because that African American is not the first time she treats that way, to the people who work on Uber or Lyft platforms therefore, I would recommend, you will be aware of the staff of the place, because if something happens again like what happened an hour ago I go and put the complaint in the place pointing to the African American woman

Although I don't personally know any of the residents here, I would like to share my experience with the staff while dealing with a highly stressful situation. My motorcycle broke down in front of San Francisco Towers. Due to the timing and the nature of the bike's issue, I was unable to move it or have it towed until the following morning. After spending about an hour trying to remedy the situation myself, I went into the main office to apologize for obstructing the sidewalk area and asked if they had any recommendations as the closest garage I could locate was far away. The receptionist (I can't remember her name, I think it was Irene) was incredibly kind and helpful. She referred me to the manager, Troy, who went above and beyond to help me get my bike somewhere safe until the following day. In the process of trying to repair the bike myself, I met several of the residents, some with a caretaker and others independently. Everyone who I came into contact with was empathetic, engaging and forgiving of the situation. They all seemed to be happy to be there and from what I could see from the main office area, the space looks beautiful. Everyone was genuine, kind, and took time out of their schedule to help me in a time of need. I can't thank them enough for their humanity and understanding. If I had a loved one who needed to live in an assisted living facility, I would certainly want them in the hands and company of people who are as endearing as the ones I met here. Thank you again!
