I have pictures and videos of water leaking through fire alarms an light fixtures. Bug are everywhere as well.

Good day. I haven't been made aware of these issues noted above but have reached out to our grounds maintenance staff member to see if there is action that needs to be taken. We have regularly scheduled pest control year round, but from time to time need to target specific areas or insects. As for the leaks, no known leak in or through fire alarms has been reported but we are in the process of a full roof replacement! We purchased these buildings and have worked hard to improve the buildings and catch up the deferred maintenance the previous owners allowed. For any further concerns, please give our Administrator or Maintenance staff the opportunity to make it right or address your concerns directly. Thank you.
