Called here to get information on my grandfather who had been here for the last couple years that I stopped receiving phone calls from and they were extremely rude to me. Gave me no information, even tho I’m on his emergency contact list. Very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend this place. I understand if you can’t give me information whatever the reason but theirs absolutely no reason to be rude. I was completely nice to them.

Sage Meadows has been absolutely wonderful for my family. We needed a place that could care for my grandmother as she was unable to do so for herself anymore. They have been so kind and caring and it is a lovely facility. They have been really great to work with. Would highly recommend.

I looked at many facilities for my Mom and wasn’t happy with any of them. Then I found Sage Meadow & knew right away that this was the facility I wanted for her! It’s small, Denise & Kay are absolutely wonderful & are always willing to help, they answer every phone call & know all the residents. It is such a cozy & warm place with awesome caregivers that are very friendly. My Mom is perfectly content & very happy there. She also loves all their great activities!!

What a wonderful Assisted living home. Clean, cozy and the staff is amazing. My mother enjoys the daily home cooked meals and activities. It's so reassuring to know my Mother is in good hands! I highly recommend Sage for your loved ones!
